“With Our Thoughts We Create the World” Siddhartha Gautama
Join us for four Wednesday afternoons this fall in learning and practicing the four foundations of Mindfulness in a warm, receptive environment with Judith McClain, a seasoned teacher.
The benefits of a regular Mindfulness practice include increased patience with self and others; resilience in the face of adversity; a calm body and mind; stress reduction; a deep enjoyment of life itself; and perhaps best of all, befriending ourselves with kindness and mercy in challenging moments.
- No prior meditation experience is necessary
- Each session will build upon the previous session
- All are welcome!
Preregistration for these free sessions is requested, not required. Please email Programs@NormanWilliams.org or visit our website to register online.
