Care Partner Support Group

Description

Supporting an individual living with a serious illness can bring deep meaning, stress, and feelings of reward and isolation.

Join us in this peer support program for care partners – a place of compassion, connection, sharing, and support for care partners of someone living with serious illness.

Meeting the 3rd Monday of every month from 2:30pm-3:30pm
