DESCRIPTION:The staff and volunteers of the Palliative Care team at Dartmouth Health invite you and your loved ones to join us\, and other members of our community\, for a short candlelit walk on the Baker Library Lawn on the Dartmouth College Campus.\n\nThe Walk of Remembrance is a short luminaria-lined path to walk in silence to honor and support mutual connection through the shared experience of grief and loss.
